devious maids season 3 spoilers
"Devious Maids," starring Tom Irwin as Adrian, brought viewers one step closer to learning who the Season 3 murderer was in episode 5. Lifetime

The Beverly Hills killer struck again during episode 5 of “Devious Maids.” But this time the murderer took the shape of a little girl. That’s right, Katy (Grecia Merino) attributed to the rise of the death toll during “The Talk of the Town” -- but as it turned out, her reaping was accidental.

Throughout episode 5, Katy sees her mother (Brianna Brown) in constant distress. So, she decides to help Taylor by slipping some of her mother’s “happy pills” into her mom’s tall glass of red wine, which Taylor slurps down following her taxing phone call with a mysterious character.

See, Taylor’s husband Michael (Brett Cullen) had pieced together that his wife not only had something to do with Louie’s murder but also Blanca’s (Naya Rivera) disappearance. According to Michael, he had sent the tennis instructor to their house the night he was killed to spy on his wife. (Michael was convinced Taylor was having an affair, so he asked Louie to gather proof.) Then, next thing Michael knows, Louie is dead and Blanca is missing.

“I think you know what happened,” he says to his wife before walking out.

That’s when Taylor makes the stressful phone call to an unknown recipient -- a phone call that questions what really happened to Blanca. Apparently Taylor had only wanted to have Blanca paid off (so that she would stay quiet about the murder scene she encountered) and have her sent back to Arizona. But as viewers well know, that was not the case. Instead, Blanca was attacked on the night of Zoila’s (Judy Reyes) wedding. And her fate is still unknown to fans.

Marisol (Ana Ortiz) is the one who finds Taylor, barely alive on the couch, with her near empty glass of wine next to her.

“Is she going to be OK?” Katy questions before the episode ends.

Other Major Moments From Episode 5 Of “Devious Maids”:

Blooming Orchid

Genevieve (Susan Lucci) was considered as a suspect for the death of Louie (thanks to Gail [Julie Claire]) because their relationship ended on a strained note. But Genevieve was reluctant to tell officials why she and Louie had terminated their romance. Instead, she tries to pin the murder on Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) -- after all, Evelyn did flirt with Louie -- a lot, according to Genevieve.

So, Evelyn gets questioned by the police and eventually figures our Genevieve is the one behind her interrogation. So, when Evelyn learns of Genevieve's dirty, little secret, she decides to get revenge.

It turns out that the reason Genevieve didn’t want to discuss her relationship with the “slimy little weasel” with the police because the way it ended would tarnish her reputation. Apparently Genevieve had made a sex tape with Louie -- a seriously scandalous sex tape that involved the difficult position called the “Blooming Orchid.”

“It’s a sex position and you have to be quite limber to do it,” Genevieve explains to Zoila. “Louie showed the video to his friends at the club. The idea of his friends gawking over it … I was mortified. If word gets out I'll be a laughing stock. “

Zoila Spills The Beans

Genevieve’s worst nightmare became a reality when Evelyn learns of her feisty film debut thanks to Zoila, who shared the jaw-dropping drama with Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez).

Evelyn, who was upset that Genevieve had the police question her, decided to seek vengeance and leaks the video to everyone at the country club. This resulted in Genevieve deciding to travel with her new beau to Greece, leaving gossip, rumors and a pregnant, treacherous Zoila in the dust -- literally.

Match Maid In Heaven

Jesse (Nathan Owens) learns that Marisol is interested in him when he overhears her talking about his beautiful chest through an air vent that he was cleaning. Completely mortified, Marisol tries to have a talk to him, attempting to make the employee and employer boundary clear. But the line of separation blurs when Jesse tells Marisol he finds her attractive, too.

Baby Daddy Drama

Rosie (Dania Ramirez) is having a more difficult time welcoming her not-dead husband back into her life than she thought. Despite making her feelings for Spence (Grant Show) known to Ernesto (Cristian de la Fuente), Rosie begins to fantasize about her former beau -- specifically in her dreams.

Her dreams are so intense -- not to mention steamy -- that Rosie feels the need to go to confession, which is when she learns from the priest that she’s committing a sin by being with Spence because technically, in the eyes of God, Ernesto is still her husband. To death do us part, right?

Blackmail

Adrian (Tom Irwin) gets crafty as he attempts to sway Carmen to continue with their S&M partnership. But in order to have her scratch (or should we say smack?) his back, he needed to throw her relationship with Sebastien (Gillies Marini) in her face. Adrian threatens that he’ll expose Carmen’s scandalous relationship with a married man if she doesn’t punish him, which, let’s be honest, wouldn’t be too hard to do after his blackmailing stunt.

“Devious Maids” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
