Nadya Suleman, best known as the "Octomom," was on the brink of being homeless until she decided to dabble in porn. Now TMZ is reporting that the 37-year-old mother of 14 has a huge new home.

Suleman's new home is in Palmdale, Calif., north of Los Angeles, and all her children will have more than enough room to play.

"Nadya has leased a home in Palmdale," Suleman's rep confirmed to E! News. "The home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as a 14,000-square-foot backyard that features a gated pool and spa and basketball court."

The rep adds, "She has covered many months in advance, and she is doing well now. She has been earning and doing well from several endorsements, appearances, taking calls from fans on DialAStar.com and her video. Her single 'Sexy Party' comes out Tuesday on iTunes."

Sources told the celebrity gossip site that "Octomom" had to pay eight months rent in advance so she could secure the home along with a giant deposit and it was reported that most of the money she used to pay for the house came from her solo masturbation video.

The new place is reportedly going to cost the single mother $2,150 a month.

"Octomom" told E! News "the kids and I are so excited about the new home, and we feel very blessed. I wanted to start fresh and chose Palmdale because it has a lot of young families."

After filming "Home Alone," her solo masturbation video, "Octomom" now believes that masturbation should be taught in high schools.

"I believe it is in universities, but I think it should be incorporated into high schools as well," she told The Huffington Post. "It's natural."

"I'd be lying if I didn't say generating revenue wasn't a major reason why I did it, but I found the experience was empowering and liberating," Suleman said. "This was a very different situation for me. I've been celibate for 13 years and avoiding my own sexuality."
