Aspiring 11-year-old journalist, Damon Weaver, on Thursday interviewed President Barack Obama at the White House and asked questions ranging from education, nutrition, basketball to what it's like to be president.

This was not Weaver's first time interviewing a prominent person, the young journalist has already interviewed Colin Powell and Joe Biden and is a star reporter for Kathryn E Cunningham/Canal Point Elementary School's TV station.

Weaver became an Internet sensation during the 2008 presidential campaign and has long sought an interview with Obama. The South Florida boy even went to Washington for Obama's inauguration in January, but was not allowed past the security lines for the ceremony.

The budding journalist has already been given a full scholarship to Albany State University in Georgia.
