“19 Kids and Counting” fans would do well to visit Jessa (Duggar) Seewald’s social media pages, especially if they're pregnant. While Jessa's family’s TLC reality series may be currently off the air, that isn’t stopping the expectant newlywed from updating fans on her pregnancy and sharing some mom-to-be dieting tips.

Jessa shared a photo of her growing bump and some of her newfound pregnancy tips to Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday. In one shot, the 22-year-old can be seen taking a selfie while resting her hand on her back. “At #22weeks,” she captioned the picture. “#BabySeewald now weighs just over a pound!”

And while it appears Jessa has been indulging during her pregnancy — she has shared images of herself munching on some fast food in recent months — she also appears to be doing her best to eat right for her baby. The reality star posted an image of a well-balanced meal of salmon, a sweet potato and a green salad on Wednesday and informed her fans she has been reading “Trim Healthy Mama,” a “Biblically-sound” healthy eating and weight loss guide, by Serena Allison and Pearl Barrett.

“By far the best, most well rounded approach to eating healthy,” Jessa raved of the book. “Ya’ll should definitely check it out.”

Jessa’s latest pregnancy update comes two weeks after she appeared alongside her husband, Ben Seewald, 20, at the 2015 ALIVE Christian Music Festival. At the event, Jessa revealed she had learned her baby’s gender but was not ready to reveal it just yet. “She declined to reveal the sex of the baby… they won’t reveal it until the child is born,” People Magazine reported.

Jessa and Ben, who both starred on TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” are due to welcome their first baby on Nov. 1. The date also marks their one-year wedding anniversary.

“19 Kids and Counting,” are most fans are aware, was pulled from TLC’s airwaves in May. The program was yanked from the network’s schedule after it was revealed Jessa’s eldest brother, Josh Duggar, now 27, committed several acts of molestation on underage girls as a teenager. TLC has yet to announce their plans for the program.
