BlackBerry's PlayBook tablet is back on sale for $199, the third time since November the device has been reduced in price. If you're shopping for a great tablet at an equally great price, we can tell you how and where to grab one. PlayBook is on sale for just a week, so if you want a 16 gigabyte version for $200, go to the BlackBerry Web site and order one. Back in November, PlayBook went on sale for $200, and people snatched them up quickly. In January, all models were on sale for $300, so a 64 gigabyte version was a good deal at that price.

With the current price drop, the 32 gigabyte version is going for $249 and the 64 gigabyte version is $299 again. If you're going to get one, keep in mind you'll have to register on the BlackBerry Web site before you can process your order. You'll have to submit an email address before you can proceed. We logged in and found the PlayBook on offer with free shipping.

PlayBook runs an operating system called QNX, and it has few apps in the BlackBerry App World. There is an update in the works, however, that will bring Android Market apps to the PlayBook. It's called PlayBook 2.0, and although there isn't a timetable set yet, any sale priced devices bought during this promotion will definitely get the update. PlayBook has a seven inch touchscreen, 1024x600p resolution, cameras on front and back, mini-HDMI port and a full gigabyte of memory.
