It's so hot you don't want to even move off the couch, let alone turn on the oven or fire up the grill. But you've got to eat something other than Popsicles, so what do you do? Throw together a no-cook meal and eat it in the comfort of your air-conditioned dining room.

The blogger behind Sally's Baking Addiction probably put it best: "When the temps rise, the last place I want to be is in my tiny kitchen. Send me to the pool and give me a margarita because this chick is NOT baking in a summer heat wave."

Luckily, you don't need the stove in order to get creative this summer.
