Separately blend 1 additional oz. of the Almande with 2 frozen bananas. Then blend a third mix featuring 1 oz. Bailey’s Almande and 1 cup of frozen raspberries. Then pour the individual layers into a Collins glass or Mason Jar to create a red, white and blue color scheme. Finish off by topping with blueberries.

Start by creating a Ginger/Butterfly Pea Flower Sweetener by cooking 1 quart of water, 1 quart of sugar, and 6 oz. peeled and shredded ginger until they simmer, then add 50 dried butterfly pea flowers and strut with a spoon. Let sit until cool, strain and store in the fridge until ready to use.

Then, add .75 oz. of the mixture, 1.5 oz. Johnnie Walker Red Label, .5 oz. fresh lemon juice, and a half drop of Chefs liquid royal blue in a shaker and shake till cold. Double strain over fresh ice and top with .75 oz. Fever tree seltzer and add a Pansy flower to garnish.
