Sandra Bullock had a glorious run at the People’s Choice Awards 2014 on Wednesday at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. She won four People’s Choice trophies including Favorite Movie Actress and Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress for her performance in Alfonso Cuaron’s thriller “Gravity” set in space.

Bullock shared the Favorite Movie Duo award with “Gravity” co-star George Clooney. She also won Favorite Comedic Movie Actress for “The Heat,” the buddy-cop comedy movie, which went on to win the Favorite Comedic Movie award.

Justin Timberlake dominated in the music section, by winning three awards for his album “The 20/20 Experience,” which took home the Favorite Album award. He also won the Favorite Male Artist and Favorite R&B Artist awards.

“Iron Man 3” pulled in three awards, including the Favorite Action Movie Star award that went to Robert Downey Jr. and the film won the Favorite Movie and Favorite Action Movie categories.

Ellen DeGeneres won the Favorite Daytime TV Host award for the third time in a row. DeGeneres, who now has a total of 14 trophies to her name, became the first woman to have collected so many People’s Choice Awards.

Despite the great popularity of Downey Jr. in “Iron Man 3,” Johnny Depp won the Favorite Movie Actor award for his role in “The Lone Ranger,” which had not impressed the critics much.

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” won the Favorite Year End Movie and Leonardo DiCaprio won the Favorite Dramatic Movie Actor award for “The Wolf of Wall Street” while the Favorite Horror Movie award went to the remake “Carrie.”

In TV, Ian Somerhalder walked away with the Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV actor award, and also shared the Favorite On-Screen Chemistry award with his “The Vampire Diaries” co-star, Nina Dobrev.

Kaley Cuoco and Queen Latifah became first-time winners when they took away the Favorite Comedic TV Actress and Favorite New Talk Show Host awards, respectively.

In the music category, “One Direction” won the Favorite Band award while Demi Lovato became Favorite Female Artist and her “Lovatics” got her the Favorite Music Fan Following award.

Taylor Swift won the Favorite Country Artist award, while Britney Spears won the Favorite Pop Artist award.
