The New York Giants' win over the San Francisco 49ers may have been thrilling for fans across the U.S., but for one fan, in particular, the game was particularly rich. Rapper 50 Cent claims to have won $500,000 in a bet after the Giants beat the 49ers after kicking a 31-yeard field goal in overtime during Sunday's game. The Giants will now face off against the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl on Feb. 5.
The Queens-native live-tweeted throughout the game to express his support for the Giants.

When the game went into overtime, 50 Cent became nervous, tweeting: Overtime damn this is nerve wrecking lol let's go GIANTS.
Nonetheless, the infamous rapper's team won the game.
I told you NEW YORK BABY game over hahahahaha, he said when the Giants won the game. Damn I would not want to be the boy who fumbled that ball.
Following the Giants' win, 50 Cent revealed that he had made quite the bet to see his hometown team win the game and make it to the Super Bowl.

The rapper eventually revealed that he had won $500,000 for the New York win, saying he would give the money to his Nana.
