Victoria Beckham is denying rumors that she will be designing kinky S&M costumes for the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie -- but there’s still a glimmer of hope for fans of the former Spice Girl's fashion style. She just hasn’t been asked yet!

When asked about working on the Sam Taylor-Johnson movie adaptation of E.L. James’ best-selling erotic novel, Beckham said to Grazia via Metro.co.uk: “I heard that rumor too, but I haven’t been asked. Don’t believe rumors!”

That doesn’t necessarily mean she won’t be involved. But Charlie Hunnam, who will play Christian Grey in the film, and Dakota Johnson, who is slated to play Anastasia Steele, were both rumored to star in the film before their surprise casting. It's just that most fans were focused on their favorites, like Matt Bomer and Alexis Bledel.

Even though many think Hunnam, 33, doesn’t fit the Grey role physically, he recently told the Associated Press he’s perfectly fine with the raunchy sex scenes he’ll probably have to act out on the silver screen.

The “Sons of Anarchy” star said: “You know what, I had such a baptism of fire with regards to sexuality on camera at the beginning of my career.

“I starred in the British Channel 4 miniseries 'Queer as Folk,' where I played a young, gay character, and there were some incredible, explicit sex scenes on that show.

“Now I am 16 years older and more mature so I don’t anticipate them being too much of a problem. It’s like anything else, just an exciting challenge."

“Fifty Shades of Grey” is set to hit theaters on Aug. 1, 2014, and the official trailer is rumored to air on Super Bowl Sunday.
