A six-year-old boy drives to school courtesy of GTA Skills, after he missed his bus and was keen on getting to school.

He tried to wheel his family car, and subsequently crashed.

The unnamed boy jumped into his parents' 2005 Ford Taurus and sped off after it, while his mother was asleep, after missing the school bus for his P.E class on Monday.

He made at least two 90-degree turns, passed several cars and ran off the rural two-lane road several times before hitting an embankment and utility pole about a mile and a half from school.

The Telegraph reports, He was not wearing the seat belt and had suffered minor injuries.

His parents, Jacqulyn Deana Waltman, 26, and David Eugene Dodson, 40, were charged with child endangerment, while the boy and his 4 year old brother are being taken into protective custody.
