The S.H.I.E.L.D. team never gets a break. After bringing Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) home, they’ll still have plenty of dangers on earth to worry about. In “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 3, episode 3, they’ll go up against the ATCU and Ward (Brett Dalton).

Rosalind (Constance Zimmer) and her team won’t go after S.H.I.E.L.D., but they will try to get one of Daisy’s (Chloe Bennet) friends. The episode, aptly titled “A Wanted (Inhu)man,” will show Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) as the ATCU’s new target. “Daisy, Mack [Henry Simmons] and Coulson [Clark Gregg] race to protect Lincoln as Rosalind’s team hunts down the Inhuman in their quest for powered people,” the synopsis teases.

When Lincoln showed up in the premiere, he said he wanted nothing to do with S.H.I.E.L.D. or Secret Warriors. After the betrayal he experienced last season, he just wants to be normal. He’ll have to accept S.H.I.E.L.D.’s help if he wants to avoid the ATCU. However, they might not be able to help him get a normal life. Will Lincoln finally join the Secret Warriors?

Meanwhile, Hunter (Nick Blood) is off on his mission to find Ward. “Hunter proves that there is no line that he will not cross to exact his revenge against Ward and Hydra,” the synopsis reveals. In the pictures below, it looks like he’ll go undercover. If he crosses a line that he shouldn’t, at least he’ll have May (Ming-Na Wen) as backup. The seemingly retired agent couldn’t turn down Hunter’s offer for revenge.

Also in this episode will be Simmons. Though the synopsis doesn’t mention her, the chemist will be adjusting to life on earth again, but she’ll have some trouble. “She just can’t string a sentence together at the moment,” Henstridge told Entertainment Weekly. “She’s completely back to square one trying to almost learn how to walk again, learn how to sleep again, learn how to eat normal food. She’s completely at zero, so it’s going to take a second. She’s really struggling.”
