Air Transport Services Group Inc. is a leading provider of air cargo transportation services, operating through five subsidiaries, including three airlines. The company recently appointed Rich Corrado to the positions of chief commercial officer of ATSG and president of subsidiary Cargo Aircraft Management Inc. (CAM).

Corrado’s industry experience will support his responsibility of leading the sales and marketing strategy, as well as the execution for the ATSG family of companies and his responsibilities for CAM.

“Rich’s knowledge of business development, sales management and strategic planning–paired with his specific industry experience–will be a great asset for us,” ATSG CEO and President Joe Hete stated in the press release. “ATSG companies provide a wide range of aircraft and transportation service options, and Rich will help our customers get maximum advantage from these integrated services, in order to realize improved efficiencies and lowered costs.”

Corrado previously held positions as the chief operating officer of AFMS Logistics Management; president of Transform Consulting Group; several key senior marketing leadership positions in the parcel air express industry; executive vice president of Air Services for DHL Express; and senior vice president of marketing for Airborne Express.

Corrado holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Harvard University, and an MBA from Boston College.
