A Texas woman who claims to be carrying Arian Foster's child alleges that the Houston Texans running back tried to pressure her into having an abortion, according to a report.

Identified only as “Brittany,” the woman filed legal documents in Texas and is now suing the Texans star for child support and emotional distress, according to TMZ, which obtained exclusive photos here of Foster’s baby mama.

According to the legal paperwork, Brittany became pregnant with Foster’s child last September, the site reports. When Foster found out about the pregnancy, he allegedly attempted to pressure her into getting an abortion.

Brittany’s lawsuit alleges that Foster “constantly harassed [her] to get an abortion for the child,” TMZ notes. When she refused, the former University of Tennessee standout allegedly “used family members to additionally harass [her] to get an abortion.”

The lawsuit recounts a specific encounter that occurred between Brittany and Foster’s brother, Abdul. During the incident, Foster’s brother allegedly attempted to guilt Brittany into having an abortion, TMZ reports. “If you love [Arian] so much you would get an abortion,” he allegedly said.

Brittany also claims that DNA tests have already confirmed a 99.9% probability that Foster is the father of her child, according to TMZ. The baby is due to be born in June.

In addition to seeking child support payments and damages for emotional distress, Brittany will reportedly ask a judge to approve a restraining order against Foster. The order would prevent the NFL star from continuing to pressure her to have an abortion.

Foster’s alleged relationship with Brittany occurred out of wedlock; he married his wife, Romina Reinhart, in 2011.
