Altium Limited, a developer of electronic development solutions, announced the appointment of a new President and Chief Operating Officer on Monday.

Emma Lo Russo joined was given the newly created position at an important time, the company said. In order to ensure that the company can do well in the future, it has executed a broad range of organizational changes and initiatives to position itself for growth.

Shares of Altium remained flat at .56 cents per share on the Australian Stock Exchange.
