Alyssa Milano is expecting a second child with her husband, David Bugliari, the “Mistresses” actress announced the news on her website.

"We are so happy to share with you that Milo is going to be a big brother!" Milano wrote on her website after she tweeted that she had some “BIG, HUGE, HAPPY news.”

"Alyssa is so excited to be pregnant again!" a source told Us Weekly. "She just recently started showing and has wanted to expand her family with David for a while."

According to recent reports, Milano admitted that she and her husband were trying to conceive. "It's not like we're machines or biological experiments. We're very attracted to each other,” the actress said.

Milano, 41, and Bugliari, 33, tied the knot in 2009 and are the parents of 2-year-old Milo.

Milano gushed about Milo previously saying: “He’s kind of got the best of both of us, I think.” She added: “I think he’s a lot more of a showman than I was at that age. He likes to perform already.”

According to reports, the former "Who's the Boss" star was caught in controversy when actor and comedian Jay Mohr made a comment about her post-pregnancy appearance.

Mohr later apologized, reportedly writing on his blog: "Alyssa is a mother, a wife, an actress, and a class act that should always be celebrated. Sometimes comedians go too far. I went too far. I cannot change what I said, but I can assure you that my heart is broken that I hurt her. I am very sorry."
