Amanda Bynes has gotten herself in hot water on Twitter yet again, after she recently posted a photo of rapper Jay-Z with the caption "ugly face."

The former child start quickly deleted the tweet, which the Daily Mail suggests may mean she either had second thoughts about the taunt or that her account was hacked.

Bynes has made no comment or apology on the tweet since it was deleted but instead shared an up-close photo of herself with a cheshire grin.

Later, she shared a full-body mirror photo of herself a white T-shirt, ripped jeans, black jacket and orange hat, ironically looking reminiscent of Jay-Z's wife, Beyoncé.

The rapper, who's real name is Shawn Cater, has made no comment on the tweet. He, Beyoncé and their 13-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, recently arrived in Los Angeles, Calif., for the upcoming Grammy Awards.

The family was spotted spending quality time together in Venice Beach Thursday, having lunch at popular restaurant Gjelina's.

Both husband and wife are nominated for Grammys this year: Beyoncé for Best Traditional R&B Performance for "Love on Top" and Jay-Z for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and Best Short Form Music Video for various singles.

Bynes has notably had trouble with being a bit too open on Twitter in the past.

She has received flack for tweeting "live fast die young" on one occasion, sharing a photo of her breasts on another and discussing her preference for "chocolate men" while she dated rapper Kid Cudi in 2010, according to the Mail.

According to the New York Daily News, Bynes tweeted a request, directed at President Barack Obama in June 2012, following her DUI arrest in April.

"Hey @Barack Obama ... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end," she said.
