Amanda Bynes Caught Texting And Driving

Amanda Bynes didn't let her DUI arrest April 6 stop her from more driving infringements.

The former Nickelodeon star was photographed using her iPhone, reportedly texting, as she backed over a curb Thursday night.

She was not even looking at the road, a photographer told PEOPLE, adding that she went right through a stop sign.

Bynes was seen headed to Greystone Manor Supperclub, the same place she partied the night of her DUI arrest.

Amanda and a male friend arrived at the club before midnight, a witness told PEOPLE. She was behind the wheel of a black BMW. When Amanda saw the photographers, she tried to hide under her sweater as she entered the club.

The New York Post reported that Bynes met with high-profile DUI attorney Richard Hutton after making bail following her arrest. Hutton represented Paris Hilton during her 2007 DUI case.
