After partying with Tesla billionaire Elon Musk in London, Amber Heard will be present for her deposition this Saturday, where she will be questioned by Johnny Depp’s lawyers over her claim that the actor physically abused her, TMZ reported Thursday.

Depp, who married Heard in February 2013, is likely to be at the deposition that will begin Saturday morning, according to TMZ. The entire process could take about seven hours and Heard will be inquired about statements from police and witnesses who said she did not show any signs of injury, the report said.

On Tuesday, Heard and Musk furthered dating speculations after they were seen partying all night in London. The two also spent time with the “Suicide Squad” cast. Heard left celebrity hotspot The Box alongside Musk, Cara Delevingne and Jared Leto.

Musk and his actress wife Talulah Riley filed for divorce in March. The two first married in 2010 and separated two years later. They remarried in July 2013 for the second time before filing for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court.
