Amber Rose had to skip plans for a natural child birth because of medical complications and delivered her firstborn, a son, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, by C-section, the new mother said on a recent episode of the "Ricki Lake Show."

“At 37 weeks, one of the midwives said that the big lump on top by my ribs was the baby’s head. My midwife was like, go to the doctor, get an ultrasound and confirm that he is breeched. Once I confirmed it with the doctor, I decided to have a C-section. At that point, I just wanted my baby,” she said.

Rose, 29, who is engaged to hip-hop artist, Wiz Khalifa, 25, said frequently throughout her pregnancy that she wanted a natural delivery. “I’m so ready. I’m going all-natural," she told hip-hop magazine XXL last year.

"I’ve decided that I’m going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights! The next time Wiz has a stomachache or anything, I’ll say, ‘I popped out a baby all-natural.’”

Before going through with the C-section, Rose said she tried to turn her baby around with pelvic massages, acupuncture, and other methods but nothing worked and Sebastian was born on Feb. 21.

Rose said that she plans to attempt a natural birth with the couple's next child.

“I feel like I made the right decision, but I knew right after having the C-section that our next baby, I definitely want to have my next baby at home.”
