“American Horror Story” Season 7 has yet to premiere but fans are already freaking out over the cast lineup for the upcoming series. When “Cult” premieres viewers may be surprised about just how many familiar faces will be returning to the small screen for the latest season of the FX anthology series.

Not much is known about the upcoming season other than it is inspired by the 2016 election and will begin on the night that Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton. Despite the ambiguity in the storyline, the actors and actresses appearing in the series is much more clear.

Check out who will be returning to “American Horror Story” for Season 7 below.

Emma Roberts

The actress was recently announced as the latest star to join the cast. On Tuesday, creator Ryan Murphy posted a photo of Roberts on Instagram holding a knife in what looked to be her character’s costume.

“Look who showed up on the set of Cult looking glamorous and ready for action,” he captioned the photo.

Roberts posted the same photo on her Instagram account announcing her latest role. “I’ve joined #ahscult will you?” she captioned the photo.

The actress is no stranger to the show, she has appeared in the third and fourth season of “American Horror Story,” landing roles in “Coven” and “Freak Show.”

Evan Peters

Also returning to the series is the “AHS” vet who has appeared in every season of the series. Peters’ role as Kai in “Cult” will mark his “heaviest season” according to the show’s creator.

When a fan told Murphy they wanted “more Evan,” he revealed that they will be quite satisfied with the upcoming season. “And more Evan you will get. This is his heaviest season yet,” he replied.

Some fans were disappointed about Peters’ brief appearance on “American Horror Story: Roanoke” in which he only appeared in a few episodes, but it looks like this time around Peters will have more screen time.

Sarah Paulson

At this point in the series’ history, it would be kind or weird if Paulson didn’t return to the anthology. The actress, who has had a role in every season, will play Ally in “Cult.” In July, Murphy shared a drawing of Paulson and Peters’ characters revealing that the two will have a romantic relationship this season. “Ally and Kai in CULT...a love story for the ages,” he captioned the picture.

Frances Conroy

Whether it was a recurring role or a quick cameo, Conroy has appeared in all but one season of “American Horror Story” and will be returning to the show once again.

Mare Winningham

The star, who first joined the series in Season 3 “Coven” as Evan Peters’ mother, has gone on to land roles in “Freak Show” and “Hotel.” Winningham is now set to appear in “Cult.”

Adina Porter

The actress, who made her first appearance on the series in “American Horror Story: Roanoke” as Lee Harris, will work with Murphy once again when she appears in “Cult.” Details about her character are unknown.

Cheyenne Jackson

The actor made his “AHS” debut in “Hotel” and returned to the series for “Roanoke.” However, his role in “Cult” is still a mystery.
