“Coven” is adding another “American Horror Story” vet to its witchy cast – Denis O’Hare!

“American Horror Story” executive producer Ryan Murphy broke the news of O’Hare’s addition to the season 3 cast on his Twitter on Saturday. But unfortunately Murphy didn’t reveal whom the actor would be playing in the FX mini-series.

O’Hare had a recurring role in season one of “American Horror Story” as Larry Harvey, a previous owner of the L.A. Murder House. While fans discovered that many of the pervious owners died while in the house, Larry ended up surviving the Murder House … but with third-degree burns on the left side of his face and body.

The casting news comes a couple days after filming began in New Orleans. Newcomer Emma Roberts posted a photo on Instagram on Thursday, writing: “First day of work! #americanhorrorstory.”

O’Hare will be joining his former “American Horror Story” co-stars Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Taissa Farmiga and Lily Rabe. Besides Roberts, “Coven” has added Angela Bassett, Patti LuPone, Gabourey Sidibe and Kathy Bates.
