The 2015 performers include Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Gwen Stefani, The Weeknd, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Coldplay, One Direction, Nick Jonas, Walk the Moon, Selena Gomez, 5 Seconds of Summer and Carrie Underwood. It's also been reported that a few of the performers will team up for some duets throughout the night.
