Mel B recently talked about what it’s like juggling her professional life with parenting her three daughters.

While speaking with People, the “America’s Got Talent” judge said she learns something new as a mom every single day while raising Phoenix Chi, 18, Angel Iris, 10, and Madison, 6. “You’re constantly trying to balance work, being a mom, making sure you’re there for the school runs and dinners and making home-cooked food,” she said.

The Spice Girls member also described each of her daughters, who she said are very different from one another. Her teenager, who gets to help babysit her younger siblings, is a “good girl.” “I’m thinking I know what she does half the time,” she said.

Angel Iris is the most creative one among her daughters. “I need to beg Angel for a hug. Angel is very much in her own little world and very creative with the computer and making things and decorating her room,” she said.

The youngest, Madison, who she shares custody of with her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, is “a snuggler.” “Madison is just stuck by my side. Madison will meditate with me and play with all of my crystals, and she’s really sweet,” she said.

Despite their differences, the doting mom wants to raise her three kids with the same principles. “All you can give them is love, affection and attention and they go on their merry way. I hope I’m raising three confident, strong women on the inside who are appreciative, grateful and supportive of other women,” she said.

Meanwhile, Mel B recently made headlines after last week’s episode of “America’s Got Talent” Season 12. During the live show, the judge stormed off after Simon Cowell made an insensitive comment about her and Belafonte’s marriage.

Following the incident, Mel B told Extra that she was upset with Cowell for a short while, but managed to make a joke about it later. “How do you know what my wedding night was like?” Mel B asked Cowell. This was after he said, “I feel like this would be a lot like Mel B’s wedding night, a lot of anticipation… not much promise or delivery.”
