An analyst believes that Apple will soon be updating nearly all of its products this fall. One of the most interesting tidbits from the analyst is that Apple will be releasing a new 11-inch iPad Pro and an upgraded version of the Mac mini.

iPad Pro

TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that Apple will introduce new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models. Kuo stated his prediction in a new research note, which was seen by AppleInsider. The 11-inch iPad is a curious device since Apple doesn’t currently offer that size for any of its tablets. The tech giant has a 9.7-inch iPad and a 10.5-inch iPad Pro. The 11-inch model would be a new entry in Apple’s lineup.

Details on the new 11-inch iPad Pro remain scarce at the moment, but Kuo claims that it will have a “full screen” design that won’t have a physical home button up front. This may also imply that the new iPad model may feature Apple's Face ID facial recognition technology.

Mac Mini

Kuo says that Apple will finally upgrade the Mac mini with an updated processor. Unfortunately, the analyst didn’t give out any other specifics on what the new Mac mini will feature. The last time that Apple updated the Mac Mini was in October 2014.

MacBooks

Kuo says that the MacBook and MacBook Pro models are also getting processor upgrades soon. Earlier this year, the analyst predicted that Apple might refresh the MacBook Air with a more affordable price tag. Kuo still believes that a low-cost MacBook is on the way, but now he says that it may not be released under the MacBook Air brand.

iMac

Kuo says that Apple is also preparing a new iMac model. He says that the new iMac will have an upgraded processor and “significant display-performance upgrades.” The analyst didn’t give any specific information what this display upgrades are, but it’s possible that this might be an iMac with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Apple Watch

Kuo is once again saying that the Apple Watch will be getting bigger display sizes. The analyst says that the new Apple Watch models will be offered with 1.57-inch and 1.78-inch screens. For comparison, the Apple Watch Series 3 is only offered in 1.31-inch and 1.54-inch screen sizes, as pointed out by Phone Arena.

The analyst says that the bigger screens will not affect the overall size of the device, which suggests that the new Apple Watch may still be offered in the same 38mm and 42mm casings. Kuo also notes that the new Apple Watch will have enhanced heart rate detection.

AirPower

Apple’s AirPower wireless charging mat still doesn’t have a release date even though it was announced way back in September 2017. Now, Kuo is predicting that Apple will finally release the wireless charging mat this fall, possibly coinciding with the launch of the 2018 iPhone models.

AirPods

Kuo says that the AirPods wireless earbuds are also getting updates this year. He claims that the new model will enter mass production this fall, alongside the AirPower. Upgrades to Apple’s wireless earbuds are said to be modest with improved wireless performance and hands-free Siri functionality. The Verge points out that the new AirPods will include the new charging case that can be charged wirelessly on the AirPower mat.

iPhones

Kuo’s predictions for Apple’s 2018 iPhone models have remained unchanged. The analyst says Apple will launch three brand-new iPhone models this September: the direct successor to the iPhone X with a 5.8-inch OLED display, a larger 6.5-inch iPhone X “Plus” and the more affordable 6.1-inch LCD iPhone.
