Angelina Jolie has a good reason why she chose to have her kids homeschooled.

Jolie recently attended the screening of her Netflix movie, "First They Killed My Father," where she explained why she opted to have her kids be educated at home rather than let them attend regular school. "It bothered me how little I was taught in school," Jolie, 42, explained (via People). "I do worry about my children’s education. I homeschool partially because they are from around the world and it's very … I didn't want them to have the same education I had when it came to Vietnam or Cambodia."

At the moment, the "Maleficent" star is busy with work and taking care of her kids, but she's not alone for the latter. She has a much better relationship with her ex Brad Pitt nowadays, and the two are working together for the best of their children.

"Angelina is busy with everything she is doing, including being a super mom to her kids," a source told the publication. "But she is doing fine and working with Brad on ways to continue their lives so everyone is happy."

Last week, rumors surfaced that the "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" co-stars were getting back together. According to an unnamed source, the holidays are making Pitt want to have his family back and spoil their children.

"The holidays make Brad really sentimental about family but especially about their kids — he's still obsessed with spoiling them and still treats them like princesses and princes, and Angelina never had a problem with him spoiling them when he felt like it," the source said.

"Brad has changed a lot in the time since he and Angelina separated, and he definitely wants his big family back, but this is entirely Angelina's decision," the insider added.

However, Gossip Cop debunked the reports claiming that the two stars want to rekindle their romance. While Pitt and Jolie are amicable with each other now, they are only doing what is best for their kids.

In related news, Pitt just turned 54 on Monday. According to an insider, the "Troy" star is doing good and is even "casually dating" after his split from Jolie.

"In a sense, this split was good for Brad because he sized himself up and realized there had to be changes," a source told People. "Brad and Angie are doing OK, working out time for him to be with the kids which he treasures."
