“Maleficent” actress Angelina Jolie opened up about life post Brad Pitt divorce during an interview with Hello! Magazine March 16. The star talked about being the face of beauty brand Mon Guerlain and dished about what her future looked like.

It’s unlikely the star will remain in Hollywood. She talked about Pitt indirectly when she envisioned what the next 10 years of her life looked like. She was mostly concerned with their six children: Maddox, 15; Pax, 12; Sahara, 11; Shiloh; 10 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.

“I imagine I will spend my days traveling from country to country to visit our children, who I expect will live around the world,” she said. “I think some will be interested in the international work I do, and I would love to partner with them as I continue. I imagine I will be less involved in film and be focused more on family and foreign affairs.”

The thing that makes her happiest right now is, “The sound of Zahara's laugh,” Jolie said. “She is one of those people who laughs with her whole body. Completely open and full of joy.”

When it comes to getting older, Jolie isn’t worried about having a partner. “Maybe because my last decade has included many health scares and a focus on raising children, I am simply happy to be healthy, and above all that the children are healthy,” she mused. “There is nothing else to fear. It makes life clear.”

Since their September 2016 divorce announcement, Jolie, 40, has reportedly been trying to work with Pitt, 51, to ensure their children have a good life. “Brad wants to have a joint birthday party for Shiloh,” an insider told Hollywood Life last week. “He’s hoping Angie will agree [to it], and for the day put their differences aside for their daughter’s sake. Brad knows how much this would mean to Shiloh, for them to all be together on her 11th birthday.”

Jolie issued a statement to People Magazine about her decision to divorce her husband of two years, which read: “Angelina Jolie-Pitt has filed for dissolution of the marriage. This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time.”

Pitt fired back: “I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well being of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.”
