Yesterday, Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. announced that their Board of Directors appointed Mr. Mason Douglas as a Director of the corporation. Mr. Douglas is a Director and President of Infrastructure Materials Corp., a U.S. junior mining enterprise that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Mr. Douglas received an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. He received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Calgary in 2007. He is currently an inactive member of the Law Society of Alberta. Since 2001, he has operated as an independent consultant. He provides project management services to a variety of junior exploration companies.

Mr. Douglas was previously a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Anglo Aluminum Inc., a Canadian junior mining company that trades on the TSX Venture Exchange. He was also the Vice President of Operations for Western Petrochemicals Corp., a privately owned junior oil development company.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. is a company engaged in the exploration, development, and production of petroleum and natural gas. On April 26, 2010, Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. announced that because of the Special Meeting held April 7, 2010, that the Corporation changed their name to Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. from Traxion Energy Inc. Mr. Todd Montgomery is the Chief Executive Officer of Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. and Mr. James Ehret is the Company’s President.

In March of this year, prior to their name change, the Company announced that they secured 21,344 net hectares (approximately 83 net sections) of petroleum and natural gas rights at the Alberta March 10 Crown sale. The Company holds 21,784 net hectares (approximately 85 net sections) of Alberta petroleum and natural gas rights and 2,619 net hectares (approximately 10 net sections) in Saskatchewan.
