Former “19 Kids and Counting” star Anna Duggar secretly visited her embattled husband, Josh Duggar, while he was in rehab, In Touch Weekly wrote in an exclusive report Wednesday. The couple share four children together, but Anna only brought their youngest, 4-month-old Meredith.

It was three months after Anna Duggar last saw her husband, who admitted to being addicted to pornography in August. “She thought it best that she go alone, so she decided not to bring the kids, except Meredith because she is still breastfeeding,” an insider told the magazine, according to Radar Online. “She had a lot to discuss with Josh.”

One of the topics up for discussion was porn star Danica Dillon, who claimed Josh paid her for sex multiple times. Though she maintains the sex was consensual, the adult entertainer said their encounters were violent. Dillon is suing Josh Duggar for $500,000 after he allegedly caused her "physical and emotional injuries." In the lawsuit she said she felt “as if she were being raped.”

The name of the rehab facility has not been disclosed, but Josh Duggar is reportedly being treated at Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois.

Josh Duggar apparently denied the tryst to his wife. “Josh told Anna that since he was living a life of sin, he isn’t surprised that people are making things up about him,” the source said. “But Josh doesn’t confess anything until he is absolutely caught in a lie.”

Anna Duggar reportedly took him at his word. “She believes everything Josh says. She actually thinks he’s getting better,” the insider said.

Anna Duggar spoke out for one of the first times during a teaser for “Jill & Jessa: Counting On,” the spinoff of “19 Kids.” “I was just like, ‘I’m gonna wake up, and this is going to be okay,’” she told cameras. “'And this really -- this can’t be true.’”

“Jill & Jessa: Counting On” premieres Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
