Former model Anna Nicole Smith was prescribed with pharmaceutical suicide by psychiatrists, a pharmacist said according to court documents obtained, the L.A. Times reported Tuesday.

A psychiatrist for Anna Nicole wanted 300 tablets of methadone, two types of sedatives, a muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory drug and fur bottles of a painkiller also known as hospital heroin, a pharmacists said according to court documents.

The documents claim that two psychiatrists Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor ignored obvious danger in providing Anna Nichole with these substances. They are been prosecuted for their practices.

The two doctors separately had improper sexual contact with Smith, according to the documents. Evidence of this is on photos found by authorities.

Anna Nicole was found dead on February 8, 2007 in a Florida Hotel room at age 39. Nine medications were found in her system and her death was ruled asacute combined drug intoxication according to a Florida medical examiner.

Her son, Daniel Wayne Smith died in the Bahamas in September 2006 while he visited his mother who had just given birth to baby girl Dannielynn Hope.
