Raymond Clark III, the lab technician taken into custody for the murder of Yale student Annie Le forced an ex girlfriend to have sex with him, the New Haven Independent reported today.

Clark ,24, forced an ex-girlfriend in high school to have sex with him and confronted her when against his wish, she wanted to end the relationship with him, the paper noted citing a 2003 police report the paper acquired.

Le, a graduate student of Yale University died of traumatic asphyxiation, according to the chief state's medical examiner today.

She disappeared on Sept. 8 and her body was found five days later stuffed in a wall in the building of a laboratory she used to work. She was supposed to get married that day.

Police took Clark Tuesday night and released him because he cooperated with DNA tests. Investigators are testing his DNA.
