With rumors about iPhone 7 getting stronger by the day, the predecessor Apple iPhone 6 from Boost Mobile is now available at a significantly discounted price on eBay.

EBay has listed the 16GB variant of iPhone 6 for $399.99, while the original price used to be $649.99. Buyers can save $250 or get 38 percent discount with this deal. At this point, only the Space Gray variant is available on sale and this is a limited period offer.

So far, 350 units of this model have been sold by the seller Shop Dell Deals and it enjoys a good 99.6 percent positive rating on eBay. Interested buyers should, however, note that this discounted unit is locked to Boost Mobile (prepaid). And, as always, buyers can avail free shipping service from eBay upon ordering the device.

Meanwhile, here is a quick summary of the iPhone 6 specifications and features for those planning to purchase this discounted unit. This device comes with a pocket-friendly 4.7-inch IPS LCD display and 750 x 1,334 pixels resolution, along with ion-strengthened glass protection.

Under the hood, it comes powered by a dual-core Typhoon (Apple A8) processor, running at 1.4 GHz. The internal configurations are backed by 1GB of RAM and Apple’s iOS 8 runs the handset out of the box. Nevertheless, it is upgradable to iOS 9.

Apple has mounted an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual-LED flash, in addition to a modest 1.2-megapixel front-facing snapper for selfies. Apart from the 16GB native storage space, there is no microSD card slot to facilitate expansion.

A Touch ID fingerprint sensor sits in the home button of the iPhone 6. Apple has housed a modest Li-Po 1,810 mAh non-removable battery unit in the handset. This battery cell can provide up to 14 hours of 3G talk time and 250 hours of 3G stand-by time.
