S&P will not downgrade Lionsgate Entertainment's rating because Carl Icahn now owns one-third

The Standard & Poor's rating service said today that it will not downgrade the credit rating of Lionsgate Entertainment because Carl Icahn now owns almost a third of the movie studio.
