90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days
Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi have been struggling with trust issues on “90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days” Season 2. TLC

“90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days” Season 2 isn’t over just yet, but it looks like cast members Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi’s relationship may be. During the 52-year-old’s arrest over Labor Day weekend, the reality star revealed she was single.

In the latest episode of the TLC series, Angela admitted she and Michael have a lot of relationship issues and noted that trust was one of their biggest problems. The Georgia native discovered her boyfriend was following several women on Instagram and she became concerned about whether he preferred strangers over her.

While they still have several issues to address on screen, off-screen, Angela’s Sept. 2 arrest revealed the two may have split following her trip to Nigeria. According to a report obtained by Us Weekly, the television personality was arrested for driving under the influence, refusal, driving without a license and speeding.

A police officer initially pulled Angela over for doing 60 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone but became suspicious of her sobriety when he smelled alcohol in the car. Although the star attempted to blame her passenger for the scent, she was arrested after she failed to pass a field sobriety test.

Angela reportedly refused to cooperate following her arrest but during her booking, she claimed she was single. News of Angela’s single status comes ahead of “90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days” Season 2, episode 7.

On Sunday night, the cast member is expected to sit down with Michael and discuss an underlying issue in their relationship that she has kept hidden from her family.

After flying to Nigeria to spend time with her 30-year-old boyfriend, Angela and Michael struggled to adjust to their cultural differences. Following a sweep of his social media account, Angela begins to realize she may not be the only woman in Michael’s life.

Could this have been the issue that led to their split? Fans only have to wait a few more days to see how the couple handles the pressing matter.

“90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days” Season 2 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
