New Orleans Police are continuing their search for a woman who they believe accidently killed another woman by injecting her buttocks and hips with botched silicone.

Armani Nicole Davenport, 33, reportedly injected black market silicone into the the body of Breneisha Hall, 25, on Oct. 24, the New York Daily News reported. After receiving the injections, Hall began experiencing issues with breathing. She was rushed to Interim LSU Hospital where she fell into a coma. Hall died two months later on New Year ’s Day.

Detectives with the New Orleans Sheriff’s Office have secured a warrant for the arrest of Davenport, who has been charged with one count of negligent homicide. According to a statement from authorities, Davenport “travels the southeast gay pageantry circuit and has won several titles and also (is) practicing medical procedures without proper credentials."

Police believe Davenport may now be in Dallas, reports Nola.com. Back in November, she was jailed for a misdemeanor charge for negligent injuring in relation to the case. She was later released on bond.

The charge was upgraded once the Orleans Parish coroner’s office ruled Hall’s death a homicide. Her death had first been deemed the result of natural causes.

'"It's a foreign body, and it was injected into her body," the coroner's chief investigator, John Gagliano, said last month. "You can't just walk around and give anyone an injection." According to Gagliano, the coroner’s office changed its initial ruling after looking over several thousand pages of medical records and reassessing the first autopsy results.
