California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, allegedly owes the Internal revenue service nearly $80,000 in back taxes according to reports.

The actor turned politician owes a total of $79,063; $39,047 from 2004 and $40,016 from 2005 according to reports from celebrity blogging site TMZ.

TMZ obtained the papers filed at the Los Angeles County superior court.

The governor has not commented on the issue.
