Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie has already discounted his team's chances of winning the title next season, citing his English colleagues party lifestyle as the main reason.

The Dutch striker seems to be on a ranting-spree as he slammed Spain national team and Chelsea in an expletive-ridden outburst recently. Now he has slammed his English colleagues at Arsenal, suggesting they lack the motivation required to win the Premiership.

He said, The really top players aren't fooled by riches or fame because they are fully focused with their football. For me, it's very important to be having breakfast every morning with my two children and that wouldn't be possible if you were hanging about in a disco all night. When I see some of my English colleagues who are out till three in the morning, then I can only conclude that they are invariably finished at 33

He then said that it was frustrating to fall short season-after-season, suggesting that the Gunners should learn from their own mistakes if they're to carry hopes of winning the trophy.

Every year it always goes wrong in an identical way and that is frustrating, said Van Persie. When you look at results in the last years, then Arsenal shouldn't be talking about winning the league because too many times things have gone wrong.

Sometimes you have to eat the truth and be realistic. But I do believe with the signing of a number of players, then next season we should be in there competing for prizes.

Recently, Van Persie launched an attack on the Spain national team and Chelsea, claiming that he was annoyed by the behavior of certain players looking to pressurizing the officials. After his side's Champions League last-16 round loss to Barcelona, RVP had attacked the Catalans for the same reason.

He told had told Sport 1, They (Spain players) always go up to referees in an attempt to get an opponent booked. They are trying to screw colleagues! That kind of behavior really annoys me. People who are watching the game on television and fans really do not want to see these kind of things. If you want to witness a lot of complaints, you should just go the bakery or something. There's always people nagging there as well.
