Andy Warhol was one of America's most prolific artists. He was famous for his pop art and coined the expression 15 minutes of fame, which derives from his words: In the future everybody will be world famous for about fifteen minutes.

Over his career, Warhol made prints of many popular stars, such as Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Brigette Bardot, and Michael Jackson.

He was made famous for his Campbell's Soup Can, which is sometimes referred to as 32 Campbell's Soup Cans because it consists of thirty-two canvases, each consisting of a painting of a Campbell's Soup can.
