Camping is keeping silent and hiding now. Family Radio office has been closed. And the curtains of Camping's house were drawn. Reuters reported nobody was answering the door.

Before Camping's prediction failed, many of Camping's followers, who believed Camping's Doomsday predictions to be true, had quit their jobs, dropped out of schools, left family members, spent all their savings in order to join in the prepare the Rapture.
The follower are visibly devastated and their faith shaken.

Cyber-Friends
"I hope you guys realize he is currently winning, even if the quakes and rapture does not happen he is up 90 billion dollars he made off this all thing," said a cyber-friend, called "lawl".
"tj", another cyber friends posted, "I think all of those that think the world is going to end tomorrow have to much time on their hands to waist. I think they all need psychological help. I tell you what all that believe the world is gonna end tomorrow, send me all your money, sign your cars over to me and your houses too. I will give them back if we are still here."
"People are so stupid," cyber-friend "Kathy" said. " I can't believe the amount of people who follow these false prophets. None of their predictions came to be, so why haven't people taken the hint yet? No one knows the time of the rapture and end of the world. Hello! Wake up, people!!"
"We should pray for him for wisdom and for grace and mercy." a reader commented " He's making a mockery out of the faith by twisting the scriptures, but he is still a child of God. Let's just hope he doesn't pick a new date."
But some said: "Do to him what they did to false prophets in the Bible. Stone him."
