Media was abuzz this morning with rumors that O.J. Simpson had confessed to the 1994 murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson. The National Enquirer broke the news that Simpson had told an Oprah show producer he stabbed his wife to death, confessing with the hope of snagging a scandalous interview with the television host.

But as reports concerning the content of the conversation with Simpson swelled, credible information from Oprah's management remained sparse.
That is, until now. Representatives from Oprah's production company Harpo have officially stated that the rumors are false. O.J. Simpson did not tell anyone from Harpo that he killed ex-his wife. Harpo released the statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
O.J. Simpson was declared "not guilty" of the 1994 murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
Simpson has flirted with the idea of telling the world his connection to the murder. In 2006, he wrote a book called If I Did it; confessions of a killer. The book was a work of fiction which told the hypothetical version of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman's murder. The book was never published.
