Lady Gaga has given the world the green light to return to Japan, and boost tourism there.

Gaga is in Japan for a concert benefitting victims of the Tsunami earlier this year.

"I would like to use my position here today and all week long to run around Tokyo enjoy the beautiful city and kiss all the beautiful little monsters and scream at the top of my lungs that everyone should come visit this beautiful place," said Lady Gaga at a press conference.

The pop queen also told NPR that Japanese food is "great" amid concerns from the international community that exports could be contaminated with radioactivity from the infamous Fukushima power plant.

Tourism in Japan is believed to have decrease by over 70 percent since the earthquake and tsunami in March, according to a report from CNN.

Gaga will perform at Japan's MTV music awards later this week.
