Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's love of beautiful women is well documented, but when it comes to two particular belle donne, it is a different kind of love.

Berlusconi's daughters Marina and Barbara are stunning and powerful women. Never one to turn down a pretty face (Berlusconi has appointed models and female newscasters to his cabinet) the media mogul, politician and billionaire, has given his girls high ranking positions in some of his many businesses.

Marina Berlusconi, the older of the two is the chairwoman of Fininvest Holding and of the Arnoldo Mondadori Editore publishing group. Fininvest is Berlusconi's holding company and it controls a number of businesses and assets, including Mondadori publishing, one of the country's largest publishing houses.

Barbara Berlusconi works for AC Milan, the storied Italian football club owned by her father. She is the newest member of the team's board of directors and she regularly attends business meetings and games, and is being groomed for a managerial position.

The elder daughter's mother is Carla Elvira Dall'Oglio. She was born in 1966, twenty years before her half-sister Barbara was born.

Berlusconi has another daughter, Eleonora, and two sons, Pier and Luigi.
