Philosophy of Oslo Killer: Excerpts from Anders Breivik’s Manifesto

He denounces secularism, materialism of all hues and calls for the return to the religion of old.

He feared that in Muslims will form the majority of the population in many European countries by 2070. According to some study he quotes in his thesis, Muslims will be more than 50 percent in Germany, Belgium and Netherlands. They will form 70 percent of the population in France and 72 percent in Russia. In Norway, UK, and Luxemburg the Muslim population by 2070 will be 38 percent. They will be more than 40 percent in Italy, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland.

His thesis says the number of Muslims in Western Europe was 50,000 in 1955, which grew to 30 million in 2009. He says the number will hit 140 million by 2090.

And Breivik, who used the Oslo blast and the Utoya mass killing as a marketing launch pad for his ultra-fundamentalist ideology, says a violent reaction to the Islamization of Western Europe will take place in future. He says people are enjoying so much prosperity nowadays that they don’t care for any meaningful resistance. This will change in future, though: "Today (phase 1) people refrain from reacting since they live in economic prosperity, and to stand up for their ideas would send them into suffering. However, in a few decades we will have an economic downfall that will make the current recession look like a picnic. And at that point standing up for their ideas will come at no extra cost, since the suffering is already prevalent."

The following are some other excerpts from his 1,500-page thesis, which he published online hours before the massacre. While most part of the thesis has been written by him, there are also some articles written by people he says are like-minded thinkers. He says he spent 9 years of working on this project and personally spent a total of 317000 Euros.

He says he has tried to recount "the history of the last 1400 year Islamic Jihad against non-Muslims and Europe," and that most historical details of the Islamic atrocities have been "removed or falsified by our academia by instruction of Western Europe’s cultural relativist elites (cultural relativism=cultural Marxism).

Of all the reasons he ascribes to the proliferation of Muslims in Western Europe and the increasing influence of Islam in the region, he says the notion of multiculturalism is the main villain.

"Multiculturalism (cultural Marxism/political correctness), as you might know, is the root cause of the ongoing Islamisation of Europe which has resulted in the ongoing Islamic colonisation of Europe through demographic warfare (facilitated by our own leaders).”

"The essence of multiculturalism is that all cultures and religions are “equal”. In this context our Western governments launched a great “campaign of deception” against their

own people with the goal of creating a falsified version of the Islamic and European Civilisation, in order to make them equal."
Breivik says the true nationalist forces in Western European countries should rise to the occasion and act in self-defense immediately. ""Time is of the essence. We have only a few decades to consolidate a sufficient level of resistance before our major cities are completely demographically overwhelmed by Muslims."
