Samsung Cell Phones to Carry Google Services

Consumer electronics company Samsung will partner web search giant Google Inc. to produce mobile phones worldwide with access to Google products and services.

Samsung said on Monday that its mobile phones equipped easy access to Google search, maps and e-mail.

"Samsung and Google will enhance users' mobile experience with a powerful, yet easy-to-use handset with simple access to information and personal management," said Kitae Lee, President of Samsung's Telecommunication Network Business.

The South Korean electronics firm has already launched its first mobile handset installed with Google mobile search and Gmail services, the Ultra Edition 13.8.

Through the rest of 2007, Samsung will continue introduce more phones with Google services.
