Motorola shares leaped Tuesday after company officials said that billionaire investor Carl Icahn, who has a 1.4 percent stake in the firm, told the company he would seek a seat on its board. Shares rose 6.5 percent, or $1.19 to $19.50 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

In the third paragraph, you have miss quoted the number of phones sold by Motorola and Nokia. The number should be in the millions not thousands.
