Global Cash Access said the investigation didn't find evidence of fraud or intentional misconduct to back any claims made by an unidentified individual. The investigation also didn't uncover any further issues relating to the calculation of commissions.
The company reaffirmed the $3.3 million estimated charge to resolve commission issues for the three-year period under review.
Last month, the company said it was delaying filing its quarterly earnings statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission pending the investigation.
