CLEVELAND - Specialty chemicals company OM Group Inc. said Wednesday it closed its $315 million acquisition of Rockwood Holdings Inc.'s electronics business.
OM also exercised its option to buy Rockwood's French electronic chemicals business, which is included in the deal.
The business had 2006 revenue of about $187 million, OM said.
