SYMBOL LOOKUP

NYSE

Monsanto Co., up $9.50 at $120.97

Strong sales of the seed company's Roundup herbicide lifted fiscal first-quarter profit and sales above Wall Street expectations.

Ford Motor Co., down 12 cents at $6.48

Sales fell 9 percent in December and declined 24 percent in 2007, weighed down partly by a 5 percent decline in sales of trucks.

CVS Caremark Corp., down $2.80 at $36.55

The drugstore chain said sales in December were softer than expected because of bad weather and a mild flu season.

State Street Corp., up $6.42 at $85.30

Excluding a $279 million charge, the financial services company's fiscal 2007 profit outlook topped analysts' expectations.
