Reuters - "They are encouraging figures, this time the continued claims fell as well. The data seems to be suggesting a stronger payroll in January after the weak December. The January payrolls will probably be less weak than December. The underlying trend in employment growth is slower. There is the possibility of revision to December payrolls as well. I think it was clear that when the December numbers came out they were on the low side of trend, and probably January will be less weak."
