CHELMSFORD, Mass. - Brooks Automation Inc., which makes chip manufacturing equipment and software, Monday said it named Martin S. Headley as its executive vice president and chief financial Officer.
Headley, whose appointment is effective immediately, previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Teleflex Inc., a global producer of specialty engineered products.
Headley replaces Robert Woodbury, who resigned at the end of the year.
Brooks shares rose 10 cents to $12.03 in morning trading.
